Virtual assistants for homecare, cardiovascular and behavioral health teams
About
We believe that the people doing the work in healthcare deserve administrative support that's reliable, trained, and matched to their practice. Not a generalist hired in a hurry.
Our mission
Frontline Health Assist was built around a straightforward problem: healthcare practices (especially smaller, independent ones) spend a disproportionate amount of their team's time on scheduling, intake, insurance, and follow-up. That time comes directly at the expense of patient care.
We match practices with virtual assistants who are trained before day one, onboarded to your specific workflow, and supported throughout the engagement. The result is reliable help without the cost or complexity of a full-time hire.
We focus on three practice types (homecare, cardiovascular, and behavioral health) because doing a smaller number of things well produces better outcomes than spreading thin across every specialty.
Training first
Every assistant completes HIPAA training and practice-specific onboarding before they begin any client work. No shortcuts.
Honest matching
We tell you if we don't have a strong match available rather than placing someone unsuitable. That includes giving you a clear expected start date.
Try before you commit
The first two weeks are always free. We want you to experience the difference before making any long-term decision.
