How It Works

Getting started, step by step

It starts with a conversation about your practice and the support you need.

  1. 01

    Book a consultation

Tell us about your practice, your priorities, and the tasks you need help with.

  2. 02

    Meet your assistant

We match you with a virtual assistant who has completed medical VA training and HIPAA training.

  3. 03

    Get set up

We guide you through onboarding, system access, and your practice's processes so your assistant can work within your workflows from day one.

  4. 04

    Start your two-week free trial

Work with your assistant for two weeks to see how the support fits your practice before deciding whether to continue.

When can we start? We'll confirm your expected start date during your consultation, based on assistant availability and the time needed to complete onboarding.

FAQ

Common questions

Don't see your question here? Send us a note and we'll get back to you.

Contact us
Which services does Frontline Health Assist offer?

We offer four services: Remote Patient Monitoring support, and Medical VA support for appointment scheduling, social media management, and intake and eligibility coordination.

Which types of businesses do you work with?

We focus on homecare businesses, cardiovascular clinics and behavioral health clinics. If your business isn't one of these, tell us about it and we'll let you know whether our services are a fit.

Are your assistants already trained?

Yes. Our assistants have completed medical virtual assistant training and HIPAA training before being matched with a practice. During onboarding, we help them become familiar with your systems, processes, and role-specific responsibilities.

Which tools do your assistants work with?

We can discuss support for tools including i-Clinic, Practice Fusion and Care Compass. Tell us which systems your team uses, and we'll talk through your workflow during your consultation.

Can I hire support for a specific role?

Yes. You can bring on an assistant for one role, such as appointment scheduling or intake and eligibility coordination, and focus their time on that work.

Can one assistant handle more than one service?

Sometimes. It depends on the assistant's skills, your workload and the scope of each role. We'll talk it through with you during your consultation.

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes. We offer a two-week free trial so you can experience working with your assistant and assess how the support fits your practice. We'll explain the trial arrangements and options for continuing during your consultation.

How will the assistant learn our workflows?

When your assistant starts, your team introduces your processes, systems and communication preferences. Your assistant then works alongside your staff using the way your practice already operates.

How does remote patient monitoring support work with our clinical team?

Your assistant supports your clinicians by coordinating check-ins, tracking submitted readings and documenting updates for review. They follow your practice's protocols and escalate concerns to your team. They don't diagnose, treat, provide continuous monitoring or respond to emergencies.

How does social media content approval work?

Nothing is posted without your approval. Your assistant prepares a 15-day content plan with ready-to-use post templates, captions, and topic ideas for your review.

You can approve the content or request changes before anything is scheduled. After approval, you can request one round of minor revisions before the affected posts are published.

For some posts, we'll need photos or other materials from you (such as images of your team, office, or services) to keep the content authentic to your practice.

Your assistant routes comments and messages to your team and never gives medical advice through social channels.

How do we get started?

Start by booking a consultation using the form below. We'll learn about your practice and priorities, match you with a suitable virtual assistant, and guide you through onboarding so they can work within your processes and systems.
